Every purchase of Universal Robotics software includes 12 months of product support included from the date of purchase at no additional cost. You may purchase additional annual Support Subscription for each software product.
Support includes:
Software installation guidance
Basic configuration questions
Communications via phone and email
Common how-to-use question
Any major software releases introduced during the support period (e.g. you purchase 2.0 and 3.0 is released six months later)
Bugs fixes and minor enhancements included in any new minor releases introduced during the support period (e.g. you purchase 2.0 and 2.1 is released three months later)
Most Universal Robotics software specifications require an Intel Quad Core i7 with 8 GB RAM, PCI slots with USB host cards running Microsoft Windows XP/SP3 or Windows 7 (64-bit).
Any customization of the software, application engineering, or troubleshooting solutions are not included in the standard support, and may be purchased through engineering.
